Day #4 of our waist-saving, Xmas survival tips!

Another easy-to-implement tip today - fill up on those veggies!!

Veggies are bloody marvellous things - and I'm not talking of the over-cooked sprout stodge or the carrots that have been boiled for so long that they've turned grey.

I'm talking roasted peppers, courgettes and aubergines (my personal favourite!), caramelised onions, steamed broccoli sautéed in chilli and garlic - yum!!

These babies are not only wonderfully good for you but they are also full of digestive fibre and have a high water content so they fill you up and leave you feeling full for a long time.

Like I said yesterday, make sure you DO have a little of what you fancy (don't miss out!) but DO make sure you fill up on those veggies so that you feel satisfied at your meal and for a long while after to help minimise those snacking temptations.
