The 12 days TO Christmas: Day 2

So here's Day #2 and another simple but powerful tip to help minimise time stressed over putting the pounds on, so that you can really focus on the magic of Christmas.

Drink PLENTY of water!!...constantly, throughout the day.

The food we eat around Xmas tends to be more processed than usual, richer and often contains more you're gonna get more thirsty.

And you may be partaking in the odd tipple (or two) which can also dehydrate you.

Our body easily confuses our thirst and hunger cues, sending us to the cupboard instead of the tap.

Make sure you're never de-hydrated and you'll find it much easier to know when you're actually hungry!
